Job Title: B2B Sales Hunter – Trucking & Logistics

We are Currently looking for exceptional sales hunter for B2B Domain.

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7

Role Summary:
Relentlessly hunt and close new B2B shipper accounts. This role is 100% focused on net-new business growth. If you don’t hunt, you won’t succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aggressively prospect and close new shipper accounts (cold calls, email, field sales)
  • Sell TL, LTL, and dedicated trucking solutions
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to signed contract
  • Build and maintain a high-velocity sales pipeline
  • Negotiate rates and contracts to maximize margin
  • Hit weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue targets

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years B2B sales experience in trucking or logistics
  • Proven hunter mindset with consistent new-logo wins
  • Strong cold-calling and objection-handling skills
  • Deep understanding of Canadian freight lanes and pricing
  • CRM discipline and data-driven selling approach
  • Excellent communication skills
