Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to handle warm leads provided by our Lead Generation team. The ideal candidate will have strong closing skills, relationship management abilities, and persuasive communication style to convert these leads into paying clients.

This role is performance-oriented, with clear KPIs and opportunities for growth within the sales department.

Salary: PKR 70,000 per month
Work Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Evening Shift)
Future Opportunity: High performers may be considered for senior sales or team lead roles

• Lead Follow-Up: Contact and engage warm leads generated by the Lead Generation team.
• Client Relationship Management: Build rapport, understand client needs, and position solutions effectively.
• Sales Conversion: Convert warm leads into confirmed orders / sales.
• Pipeline Management: Update and maintain lead status in CRM or internal tracking system.
• Coordination: Work closely with the Lead Generation team to ensure smooth handoff of leads and feedback on lead quality.
• Reporting: Provide daily updates on calls, meetings, demos, and conversions.

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years in sales, account management, or client-facing roles
• Experience working on warm leads / pre-qualified prospects
• Familiarity with CRM systems or internal tracking tools
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Work Arrangement & Availability

• This is an onsite role
• Evening shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• High-performing candidates may be promoted to senior sales or team lead positions
