Sales Executive IT & Call Center Services (On-Site)

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating and closing leads for our IT services and call center solutions, targeting both local and international clients.

This role requires active online bidding, social selling, and outbound calling to international customers.

This position is strictly office-based (not remote).

Services You Will Be Selling:

  • Web Development
  • UI/UX & Graphic Design
  • SEO & Digital Marketing
  • Minicab / Taxi Dispatch
  • Call Center Agents/Team
  • Truck Dispatching
  • Customer Support & Lead Generation

Lead Generation Platforms & Channels:

  • Upwork (Bidding, proposal writing, client handling)
  • LinkedIn (Lead generation, outreach, networking)
  • Fiverr / Freelancer / Other B2B platforms (if applicable)
  • Cold Calling to International Clients
  • Email Marketing & CRM Follow-ups
  • WhatsApp & Online Meetings (Zoom / Google Meet)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads using Upwork, LinkedIn, and other online platforms
  • Perform outbound calling to international customers for lead generation
  • Write professional proposals and follow up with prospects
  • Pitch company services confidently to global clients
  • Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
  • Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams
  • Maintain records of leads, calls, and conversions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales / business development
  • Hands-on experience with Upwork and LinkedIn lead generation
  • Experience in international cold calling (UK, USA, Europe preferred)
  • Excellent English communication & negotiation skills
  • Understanding of IT services or call center operations
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined
  • Willing to work from office (non-remote role)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
