Business Development Executive – Software House

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to support the growth of our software house. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, and assisting in closing deals. The ideal candidate is proactive, client-focused, and understands how to present software solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, social media, and referrals.
  • Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and online channels to generate leads.
  • Support sales activities by preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings and product demonstrations with potential clients.
  • Follow up with leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met.
  • Track industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle client queries and follow up persistently.
  • Basic understanding of software products, SaaS, or IT services.
  • Organized, target-driven, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
