Reporting directly to the Market Manager, the TDM plays a key role in driving volume, increasing brand visibility, and strengthening relationships with key on- and off-premise accounts and distributor partners. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with strong organizational skills and a passion for building brands in the field.Primary Responsibilities:<ul><li>Work key trade, developing relationships, building brand presence, and increasing sales in assigned areas.</li><li>Secure and expand distribution in assigned trade channels by setting benchmarks and calling on accounts both independently and with distributor personnel.</li><li>Coach, train, and motivate distributor personnel to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, distribution, and revenue objectives through scheduled and unscheduled meetings, route rides, trade surveys, and regular reporting.</li><li>Review monthly distributor depletion reports to identify opportunities, underperforming accounts, or potential loss of distribution within an account.</li><li>Assist the Market Manager in executing trade strategies and promotional programs to achieve sales goals.</li><li>Support distributor efforts through training, planning, and account-level execution.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including bars, restaurants, retailers, and wholesalers.</li><li>Monitor account performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for brand growth.</li><li>Implement brand activation programs and ensure compliance with company merchandising standards.</li><li>Partner with marketing teams to coordinate local events, tastings, and sponsorships.</li><li>Assist with forecasting, inventory management, and order tracking in collaboration with operations and sales support teams.</li><li>Provide timely and accurate reporting on territory performance and field activity.</li><li>Represent the company at trade events, distributor meetings, and internal planning sessions.</li></ul>Specific Skill Requirements:<ul><li>Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with external partners and internal teams.</li><li>Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.</li><li>Ability to analyze sales data and market intelligence to drive actionable insights.</li><li>Knowledge of the beverage/alcohol industry, including distributor and retail structures.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>At least 21 years of age.</li><li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.</li><li>Flexible schedule, with availability at nights and weekends.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or field marketing, preferably within the beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Prior experience working with or for a distributor.</li><li>Existing relationships with on- and off-premise accounts in the assigned market.</li><li>Understanding of local compliance and regulatory guidelines for alcohol sales and marketing.</li><li>Passion for the spirits industry and a desire to grow into a Market Manager role.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Paid time off and holidays.</li></ul>NEFT Global, Inc.; its subsidiary, NEFT Vodka USA, Inc.; and all other subsidiaries of NEFT Global, Inc. are committed to a continuing program of equal employment opportunity. The Market Manager will be the educator/sales consultant driving distribution for both on and off premise accounts, as well as some regional chain responsibilities in the San Francisco area.Applicants MUST be based in San Francisco, California.Primary Responsibilities:&middot; Develop and execute strategic sales and distribution plans within the market to drive case and revenue growth, category share, and velocity.&middot; Enhance knowledge of local market conditions at distributor/trade levels while growing relationships within all trade channels of assigned territory and effectively communicate market conditions, roadblocks, and opportunities.&middot; Maintain an intricate knowledge of the history and philosophy of NEFT Vodka, as well as vision and core values for our quality driven spirit.&middot; Consistently drive NEFT sales in top key high-profile accounts in territory.&middot; Identify, contact, and sell to targeted On and Off premise accounts independently and alongside distributor personnel.&middot; Utilize VIP analysis and key relationships in the market to manage price and integrity of our portfolio&middot; Timely track, record, and follow up on sales interactions to close accounts.&middot; Build trust and loyalty with distributors, accounts, and colleagues.&middot; Consumer/trade tastings and events as necessary.&middot; Conduct weekly or monthly distributor sales meetings and training sessions, product presentations, train, develop, and motivate distributor personnel to ensure proper execution of marketing strategies and success of the brand.&middot; Conduct weekly reviews of company intranet updates and appropriate team calendars to ensure awareness of company events and activations.&middot; A minimum of 80% of time in the field selling, 10% territory analysis, 5% weekly key account call prep, and 5% weekly/monthly administrative tasks.&middot; Execute monthly Sales Goals as directed.&middot; Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Specific Skill Requirements:<ul><li>4-5 years of industry sales experience required with a distributor or supplier.</li><li>Knowledge of general spirits industry products/production.</li><li>Articulate and impactful in group presentations and meetings.
