Overview A food establishment is seeking a motivated and upbeat individual with a friendly personality who will provide exemplary service to our guests. This person must have the ability to take initiative to solve problems, interact with guests, and be a positive example to the team. The associate will play a crucial role in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service. This position requires effective communication, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a positive work environment while driving store performance.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform daily operations during assigned shifts.</li><li>Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.</li><li>Maintain an organized store environment by overseeing inventory management.</li><li>Uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety within the store.</li><li>Consistently delivers outstanding guest experiences through exemplifying the standard for exemplary service to each guest.</li><li>Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and family-friendly atmosphere for guests and team members alike.</li><li>Follows product recipes and procedures and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for safety, sanitation, and labor standards in addition to other standards while on duty.</li><li>Complete all assigned duties and taking initiative to complete additional cleaning, organizational, and prep tasks as time permits.</li><li>Assists owner/managers with rollout of system-wide promotional campaigns, limited-time-offers, training initiatives, and updates to policies, procedures, or recipes.</li><li>Communicates concerns to management and works with management to implement plans enhanced performance.</li><li>Maintains cash intake responsibly, takes measures to reduce waste, and monitors labor margins while on shift.</li><li>Creating a variety of hot, iced, and frozen beverages.</li><li>Works as part of a team to complete orders efficiently.</li></ul>Qualification:<ul><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.</li><li>Proficient in cash register operations and basic math skills for accurate transactions.</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers and team members.</li><li>Has an energetic and goal-oriented personality and a proven ability in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Proven ability to provide exceptional service to guests.</li><li>Food safety / Serv safe certification will be a plus</li></ul>Join us as an associate where you can make an impact while developing your career in a dynamic environment!Job Type: Part-timePay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hourAbility to Commute:<ul><li>Dayton, OH 45409 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
