Retail Associate

Overview
A food establishment is seeking a motivated and upbeat individual with a friendly personality who will provide exemplary service to our guests. This person must have the ability to take initiative to solve problems, interact with guests, and be a positive example to the team. The associate will play a crucial role in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service. This position requires effective communication, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a positive work environment while driving store performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain an organized store environment by overseeing inventory management.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety within the store.
• Consistently delivers outstanding guest experiences through exemplifying the standard for exemplary service to each guest.
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and family-friendly atmosphere for guests and team members alike.
• Follows product recipes and procedures and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for safety, sanitation, and labor standards in addition to other standards while on duty.
• Complete all assigned duties and taking initiative to complete additional cleaning, organizational, and prep tasks as time permits.
• Assists owner/managers with rollout of system-wide promotional campaigns, limited-time-offers, training initiatives, and updates to policies, procedures, or recipes.
• Communicates concerns to management and works with management to implement plans enhanced performance.
• Maintains cash intake responsibly, takes measures to reduce waste, and monitors labor margins while on shift.
• Creating a variety of hot, iced, and frozen beverages.
• Works as part of a team to complete orders efficiently.

Qualification:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in cash register operations and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
• Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers and team members.
• Has an energetic and goal-oriented personality and a proven ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional service to guests.
• Food safety / Serv safe certification will be a plus
