We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to assist in sourcing, procurement, and inventory management activities specific to the Kuwait market. The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing and supplier management within the F&amp;B industry in Kuwait.1. Supplier Management:&middot; Identify and evaluate local and international suppliers for food ingredients, packaging materials, and other necessary items.&middot; Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate terms and pricing, and ensure timely delivery of goods.2. Purchase Order Processing:&middot; Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures.&middot; Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and shipment arrangements.3. Inventory Management:&middot; Monitor inventory levels and stock movements to ensure availability of materials and ingredients while minimizing excess inventory.&middot; Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies as needed.4. Cost Analysis:&middot;Analyse pricing proposals, quotes, and contracts from suppliers to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.&middot; Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in the procurement process.5. Quality Assurance:&middot; Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that purchased materials meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.&middot; Address any quality issues or concerns with suppliers in a timely manner.6. Documentation and Record-keeping:&middot; Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities, including purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and supplier information.&middot; Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.7.
