Job Summary:As a Coffee Artist, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning coffee beverages that enhance the customer experience. 1.Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments of products and materials, verifying quantities and quality against delivery documents. Conduct visual inspections of incoming goods to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.2. Storage and Organization: Store products and materials in designated locations within the warehouse, ensuring proper labeling and organization. Utilize FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles to ensure proper rotation of stock.3. Order Picking and Packing: Fulfil internal requisitions and customer orders by picking products from designated locations in the warehouse. Pack orders securely and accurately, ensuring proper labelling and documentation.4. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records using manual or computerized inventory management systems. Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to reconcile inventory discrepancies.5. Safety and Security: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Maintain security of the warehouse by following access control procedures and reporting any security incidents or concerns.6. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors, logistics personnel, and other team members to coordinate warehouse activities. Collaborate with procurement and quality assurance teams to address any issues related to incoming shipments or inventory discrepancies.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training in warehouse management is a plus.2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the F&amp;B industry.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if applicable), safely and efficiently.Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to KD350.000 per month
