Job Description:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Post job advertisements, maintain candidate databases, and build talent pipelines.
- Conduct reference checks and prepare recruitment reports and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms is an advantage.
Pay: From KD400.000 per month
