Experienced in the area of real estate finance, you will spend your days serving as counsel to national financial institutions. As a strong team player, you will fit right in with our collegial and intellectually engaging work environment.</div><div></div><div><br>

You bring <b>2 to 4 years of substantive experience in commercial finance and corporate lending</b>. You are adept at <b>representing both traditional and non-traditional lenders and borrowers</b> across a range of transactions, including acquisition financing, working capital facilities, letters of credit, and other complex financing arrangements. Your strong writing, analytical, and communication skills are complemented by exceptional organization and attention to detail. You hold excellent academic credentials and, with a flexible office location for this associate role, you are admitted to the state bar of a major metropolitan city where Nelson Mullins maintains an office.</div><div></div><ul><li><b><br>
The salary/wage range is </b>$215,000 - $250,000 annually. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.</li></ul></div>
