This position plays a large part in our success! The Affordable Housing team is always looking ahead and finding new ways to best assist their clients' interests. Utilizing a thorough checklist system, you'll make sure no details are missed while processing documents for multiple closings. You’ll also perform tasks such as maintaining calendars, scheduling client meetings, processing expenses and dictation, arranging travel, and recordkeeping. You’ll assist with communication, both internally and externally, and will be expected to prioritize incoming information and draft appropriate memos when needed.
