Product Sales Executive &ndash; Genomics &amp; Molecular BiologyWe are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Product Sales Executive with a strong background in life sciences to join our team. This role focuses on driving sales, supporting customers, and contributing to marketing strategy for our Genomics and Molecular Biology product portfolio&mdash;including instrumentation, consumables, and reagents.You will play a key role in growing our presence in the Genomics space by identifying new opportunities, supporting key accounts, and collaborating with internal teams. A scientific background combined with commercial acumen is essential for success in this position.Key Responsibilities:Sales &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Increase sales and manage costs in line with company strategy.</li><li>Explore new markets and develop strong relationships with existing and potential customers.</li><li>Support clients across diverse sectors: academic, government, pharma/biotech/CROs, and forensics.</li><li>Provide product recommendations and quotations tailored to customer needs.</li><li>Collaborate with the Sales Director and tender/service teams on pricing, promotions, and offers.</li></ul>Product &amp; Marketing Support<ul><li>Champion key Genomics solutions including:</li><li>Nucleic acid extraction (manual and automated)</li><li>Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS)</li><li>qPCR and RT-PCR technologies</li><li>Support the entire product lifecycle&mdash;from product launch, pricing strategy, and market positioning to customer training and support.</li><li>Co-develop marketing strategies including promotions, campaigns, exhibitions, and new product launches.</li><li>Provide technical content for marketing materials, including digital platforms.</li></ul>Account &amp; Technical Support<ul><li>Deliver scientific and technical expertise to sales and customer service teams.</li><li>Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.</li><li>Provide training, troubleshooting, and technical presentations to customers and internal teams.</li><li>Conduct regular sales analysis and generate actionable insights to guide strategy.</li></ul>Essential Skills and Experience:<ul><li>PhD or Master&rsquo;s degree in Molecular Biology or related Life Science field.</li><li>Laboratory experience in molecular techniques such as nucleic acid extraction, amplification, or sequencing.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).</li><li>Self-starter with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Excel, Word, and Outlook.</li><li>Ability to understand and explain complex scientific concepts clearly.</li><li>Flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and career development within a dynamic and innovative environment.</li></ul>Data Protection &amp; ComplianceWe respect and protect personal data in accordance with GDPR regulations.
