The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, efficient inventory management, and timely order fulfillment while leading a team to achieve operational excellence.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and lead warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.</li><li>Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with procurement/logistics teams for replenishment.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company policies.</li><li>Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.</li><li>Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to improve performance.</li><li>Prepare and maintain reports related to inventory, shipments, and overall warehouse performance.</li><li>Coordinate with transport providers to ensure timely deliveries.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred).</li><li>4&ndash;6 years of warehouse/logistics experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office tools.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Familiarity with Dubai/UAE customs, logistics, and safety regulations is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
