<p></p><div><div><div>1.Purchase<br>
<ul><li>Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.</li><li>Negotiate with vendors for best prices</li><li>Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials.</li><li>Maintain records of goods ordered and received.</li><li>Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.</li><li>Prepare documents required for exports</li><li>Customs, Excise filings</li></ul></div><div><br>
2.Project Execution support<br>
<ul><li>Ensure that all procurement adheres to budgeted cost in the project.</li><li>Ensure delivery of as per schedule</li><li>Follow-up with vendors for wrong supply &amp; manage rectification</li></ul></div><div><br>
3.Store Management<br>
<ul><li>Ensure that the store is maintained systematically</li><li>Ensure adequate insurance has been taken for stored items and items in transit</li></ul></div><div><br>
4.Process Improvement<br>
<ul><li>Analyse market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.</li><li>Generate MIS on all procurement activities and expenditure.</li><li>Maintain approved vendors database along with their rate contract details</li></ul></div></div><p></p>
