Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and result-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients on property investments, closing sales, and maintaining long-term client relationships in the UAE real estate market.Key Responsibilities:Sales &amp; Client Management<ul><li>Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, portals, and walk-ins</li><li>Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties</li><li>Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties</li><li>Conduct property viewings and site visits</li><li>Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with clients and developers</li><li>Close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets</li></ul>Market Knowledge &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE real estate laws, and market trends</li><li>Coordinate with developers, landlords, and channel partners</li><li>Assist clients with documentation, booking forms, and agreements</li><li>Work closely with internal teams (admin, marketing, CRM)</li></ul>CRM &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems</li><li>Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly</li><li>Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; QualificationsMandatory<ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of experience in UAE real estate sales (preferred)</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Sales-oriented mindset with target-driven approach</li><li>Knowledge of Dubai / Abu Dhabi property market</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience with portals like Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle</li><li>Multilingual skills (English mandatory; Arabic/Hindi an advantage)</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive commission structure</li><li>Basic salary</li><li>Marketing and lead support</li><li>Visa and medical insurance (as per company policy)</li><li>Career growth and training opportunities</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED2,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
