Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients on property investments, closing sales, and maintaining long-term client relationships in the UAE real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Management
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, portals, and walk-ins
- Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Conduct property viewings and site visits
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with clients and developers
- Close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Market Knowledge & Coordination
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE real estate laws, and market trends
- Coordinate with developers, landlords, and channel partners
- Assist clients with documentation, booking forms, and agreements
- Work closely with internal teams (admin, marketing, CRM)
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly
- Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates
Required Skills & QualificationsMandatory
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in UAE real estate sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with target-driven approach
- Knowledge of Dubai / Abu Dhabi property market
Preferred
- Experience with portals like Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle
- Multilingual skills (English mandatory; Arabic/Hindi an advantage)
