We are expanding our team and seeking motivated Real Estate Agents / Property Consultants to join our growing operation in Abu Dhabi.

Role Overview

The Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties while maintaining strong market knowledge and delivering exceptional service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with property purchases, sales, and leasing
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market activities
• Prepare and manage property listings on major real estate portals
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and regulations
• Build and manage a strong client portfolio
• Provide professional advice on investment opportunities and market conditions
• Coordinate with marketing and administrative teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales (Abu Dhabi market experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of local communities, developers, and market dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Real estate certification is a plus
