We are expanding our team and seeking a Real Estate Expert with strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market and a passion for achieving results.

Role Overview

As a Real Estate Expert, you will represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate in the Abu Dhabi property market. You will guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes, maintain deep market knowledge, and work toward achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market activities
• Advise clients on property purchases, sales, and leasing opportunities
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and regulations
• Build and manage a strong client portfolio
• Prepare and publish property listings on major portals
• Coordinate with marketing and administrative teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Deliver high-quality customer service and uphold company standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in Abu Dhabi real estate (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi communities, developers, and market dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage
• Real estate certification is a plus
