Job Title: Real Estate Broker
Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed and experienced Real Estate Broker to oversee real estate transactions, manage client relationships, and support agents in buying, selling, and leasing properties. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, leadership skills, and a proven track record of closing deals while ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and facilitate the buying, selling, and leasing of residential and/or commercial properties
- Represent clients in negotiations and ensure favorable terms and conditions
- Oversee property listings, pricing strategies, marketing, and showings
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and brokerage policies
- Supervise, train, and mentor real estate agents (if acting as managing broker)
- Prepare, review, and approve contracts, agreements, and transaction documents
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, lenders, and legal professionals
- Conduct market analysis to advise clients on property values and investment opportunities
- Resolve client issues and transaction-related disputes professionally
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, listings, and client interactions
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Real Estate Broker license (as per local/state regulations)
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Broker
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property laws
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage agents (for brokerage or managing broker roles)
- High level of professionalism, ethics, and customer service orientation
- Proficiency in real estate software, CRM systems, and MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
