Role Overview

The Property Negotiator will be responsible for managing client inquiries, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and provide expert advice on available properties.
• Conduct property viewings and present options that match client requirements.
• Negotiate terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, communities, and pricing trends.
• Build and manage a pipeline of clients through networking, referrals, and company-generated leads.
• Prepare necessary documentation and coordinate with developers, landlords, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-up with all clients.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market or willingness to learn quickly.
• Professional appearance and a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
