Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Property Consultant – Arabic Speaker to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role located in Marikina. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert real estate advice, assisting clients with property buying, selling, and leasing, conducting market analysis, and maintaining excellent customer service. The role involves identifying client needs, building long-term client relationships, and supporting business objectives with strategic real estate solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Consulting and Real Estate, with a deep understanding of market trends and real estate opportunities
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to effectively engage clients and ensure a seamless real estate experience
• Proven track record in Sales, with the ability to meet targets and build lasting client relationships
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is essential for effective communication with a diverse client base
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
