We are seeking a Real Estate Sales Investment Consultant to join our growing team and support clients in making strategic, high‑value property investments.

Role Overview

The Real Estate Sales Investment Consultant will focus on guiding investors through property acquisitions, portfolio growth, and long‑term wealth‑building strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep market knowledge, and the ability to communicate investment value clearly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities across off‑plan and secondary markets
  • Conduct financial assessments, ROI analysis, and market research to support client decisions
  • Present investment proposals and guide clients through the full transaction cycle
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, HNWIs, and international buyers
  • Stay updated on developer launches, payment plans, and market trends
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and targeted investment outreach
  • Prepare and manage high‑quality property listings on major real estate portals
  • Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to ensure seamless transactions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and investment targets

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate investment sales or advisory (Abu Dhabi market preferred)
  • Strong understanding of ROI, yield, capital appreciation, and investment strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Real estate certification is a plus
