About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Real Estate Consultant (Mandarin Speaker) to join our team. This role is dedicated to supporting our growing Chinese client base by providing expert guidance throughout the property buying, selling, and investment process. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident, and able to deliver a high standard of service in a fast‑paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional real estate consultation to Mandarin‑speaking clients.
• Manage property inquiries, conduct viewings, and present suitable options based on client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Negotiate offers and close property transactions in compliance with UAE real estate regulations.
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate trends, new developments, and market opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow internal sales processes.
• Collaborate with marketing, admin, and sales teams to support client needs.
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in real estate sales or a related customer‑facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Professional appearance and a client‑oriented approach.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage; training will be provided.
