Real Estate Portal Specialist

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Real Estate Portal Specialist to manage and optimize property listings across major real estate portals. The role focuses on ensuring accurate, high-quality listings, improving visibility, and supporting sales and leasing teams through effective online property marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload, manage, and update property listings on real estate portals
• Ensure listings are accurate, complete, and compliant with portal guidelines
• Coordinate with agents to collect property details, photos, and pricing
• Monitor listing performance and make improvements to increase visibility
• Remove outdated or unavailable listings promptly
• Maintain organized records of listings and availability
• Support sales and leasing teams with portal-related tasks

Requirements:

• Experience managing real estate listings or online portals
• Familiarity with portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, or similar
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
