Role Overview

The Real Estate Selling Specialist will focus on driving property sales, managing client relationships, and delivering expert guidance throughout the buying and selling process. This role requires strong sales skills, deep market knowledge, and the ability to close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market activities
  • Assist clients with property purchases and sales
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Prepare and manage property listings on major real estate portals
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and regulations
  • Build and manage a strong client portfolio
  • Provide professional advice on investment opportunities and market conditions
  • Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to ensure smooth transactions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales (Abu Dhabi market experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of local communities, developers, and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Real estate certification is a plus
