About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and results‑driven Real Estate Negotiation Specialist to manage high‑value property negotiations and support successful deal closures. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of real estate processes, and the ability to navigate complex negotiations with professionalism and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage negotiations between buyers, sellers, investors, and developers.
- Prepare, present, and revise offers, counteroffers, and contractual terms.
- Analyze client needs and market conditions to support negotiation strategies.
- Ensure all negotiations comply with UAE real estate laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with sales agents, brokers, and internal teams to support deal closures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of negotiation activities.
- Provide clients with clear guidance throughout the negotiation and closing process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate negotiation, sales, or brokerage.
- Strong understanding of UAE real estate regulations and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- UAE real estate experience preferred.
