About the Role

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated and client-focused German-Speaking Property Specialist to support our expanding European client base. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently assist German-speaking clients and guide them through Abu Dhabi’s real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of German-speaking clients.
• Conduct property viewings, consultations, and negotiations in German and English.
• Provide tailored property recommendations, investment insights, and market updates.
• Prepare and present property listings, proposals, and marketing materials for German-speaking audiences.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives and client outreach.
• Ensure all real estate activities comply with UAE regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or a related field.
• Fluency in German (required) and strong English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
• RERA or similar certification is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
