Overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and culturally fluent Realtor – Chinese Language Specialist to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a real estate professional who can effectively engage Chinese-speaking clients, provide tailored property guidance, and support the company’s expansion into key international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Chinese-speaking clients, offering expert guidance throughout the property buying, selling, and leasing process.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and client consultations in Mandarin or Cantonese as required.
• Develop a deep understanding of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, including residential and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare marketing materials, presentations, and property listings tailored to Chinese-speaking audiences.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely updates, market insights, and exceptional customer service.
• Support the company’s participation in international property exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events targeting Chinese markets.
• Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or a related field.
• Fluency in Mandarin (required); Cantonese is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Knowledge of the UAE real estate market, particularly Abu Dhabi, is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
• RERA or similar real estate certification is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
