We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Recruiter who is ready to help us attract and hire exceptional talent.The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle hiring process, partnering with hiring managers to define needs, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and support the offer and onboarding process. This role plays a key part in ensuring a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance and supporting our operational goals.The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Experience in human relations is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. If you&rsquo;re looking to make an impact and be part of something bigger than yourself, we encourage you to apply.Essential Responsibilities: <ul><li>Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements.</li><li>Source candidates using databases, social media and networking including EEOC requirements.</li><li>Provide hiring managers with resumes to screen and conduct initial phone calls to schedule interviews.</li><li>Work with Hiring Managers on the offer process.</li><li>Coordinate pre-employment requirements.</li><li>Onboarding Administration.</li><li>Provide a positive candidate experience.</li><li>Maintain applicant tracking system and report hiring metrics.</li><li>Attend career fairs and company sponsored employee functions.</li></ul>Additional Job Duties and Responsibilities: <ul><li>Assist Payroll with assigned tasks.</li><li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies: <ul><li>A positive professional attitude and self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision and strong initiative.</li><li>Commitment to personal and professional development.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.</li><li>Ability to think analytically and problem solve.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers in a courteous and professional manner.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>High School Diploma or Equivalent Certificate.</li><li>Work experience in human relations.</li><li>Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Word and Excel.</li><li>Commitment to the mission and vision of Neptune Aviation Services Inc.</li></ul>Desired Qualifications: <ul><li>Education in Communication, Business Administration or Human Resource Management.</li><li>Previous relevant experience in the aviation industry.</li></ul>Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:<ul><li>Regularly required to stand and walk.</li><li>Required to sit and use computer and various office equipment for extended periods.</li><li>Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10lbs and rarely lift and/or move up to 50lbs.</li><li>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.</li></ul>Additional Information: This job description is not intended to be all &ndash; inclusive, and the employee will also perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor/management to fulfill job function or as deemed necessary.
