We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Recruiter who is ready to help us attract and hire exceptional talent.

The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle hiring process, partnering with hiring managers to define needs, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and support the offer and onboarding process. This role plays a key part in ensuring a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance and supporting our operational goals.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Experience in human relations is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. A commitment to professional growth and alignment with Neptune’s mission and values are essential.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements.
  • Source candidates using databases, social media and networking including EEOC requirements.
  • Provide hiring managers with resumes to screen and conduct initial phone calls to schedule interviews.
  • Work with Hiring Managers on the offer process.
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements.
  • Onboarding Administration.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system and report hiring metrics.
  • Attend career fairs and company sponsored employee functions.

Additional Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Payroll with assigned tasks.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Commitment to personal and professional development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to think analytically and problem solve.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers in a courteous and professional manner.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Certificate.
  • Work experience in human relations.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Commitment to the mission and vision of Neptune Aviation Services Inc.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Education in Communication, Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
  • Previous relevant experience in the aviation industry.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Regularly required to stand and walk.
  • Required to sit and use computer and various office equipment for extended periods.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10lbs and rarely lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
