Position- Accounts AssistantLocation: Neptune Chempastel Pvt. ltd., Vaishali Nagar, JaipurDepartment: Accounts &amp; AdministrationReports to: Senior AccountantKey Responsibilities:Accounting &amp; Finance- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally software.- Assist in preparation of vouchers, ledgers, and reconciliations.- Handle banking operations including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and online transactions.- Ensure timely filing and compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.- Prepare and maintain stock records and inventory reconciliation.Administrative &amp; Coordination- Track and update transportation/logistics movements.- Support in vendor payments, bill verifications, and petty cash handling.-Liaise with banks, vendors, and internal departments for smooth operations.Technology &amp; Communication- Perform net banking transactions and maintain digital records.- Use internet and MS Office tools for reporting and documentation.- Assist in managing company&rsquo;s social media presence(basic updates/posts).Other Duties- Support the accounts and admin team in day-to-day multifunctional activities.- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.Key Requirements:- Graduate in Commerce/Accounting or related field.-1&ndash;3 years of experience in accounting and administration.- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, GST, TDS, and MS Office.- Knowledge of stock/inventory management.- Familiarity with transportation/logistics tracking is an added advantage.- Good communication skills and ability to handle multitasking responsibilities.- Basic knowledge of social media handling.Skills &amp; Attributes:- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.- Good organizational and time management skills.-Tech-savvy with adaptability to new tools/software.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
