 Recruitment Officer
 
 to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle and support workforce planning initiatives to attract and hire top talent.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 Talent Acquisition &amp; Recruitment
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage the full recruitment cycle (posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management).
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft and publish job advertisements across relevant platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support hiring managers in candidate evaluation and selection.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare employment offers and coordinate onboarding documentation.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Sourcing &amp; Employer Branding
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies).
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in job fairs and career events when required.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Coordination &amp; Compliance
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as a focal point between candidates and hiring managers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate pre-employment requirements (medical checks, background verification, documentation).
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 2&ndash;5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of recruitment best practices and local labor regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in the construction scope.
 </li>
