 Plan and manage internal events (town halls, engagement activities, etc.).

 Partner with leadership on messaging and organizational initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor engagement and measure communication effectiveness.
 </li>

 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Communications, PR, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in organizing internal events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.
 </li>

 Work Environment
 
 
 
 Office-based with occasional support for events.
