Senior Internal Communications Officer

We are seeking a creative and proactive Senior Internal Communications Officer to drive internal communication strategies and deliver engaging employee events that align with organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute internal communication plans across multiple channels.
  • Create clear, engaging content for employees and leadership.
  • Plan and manage internal events (town halls, engagement activities, etc.).
  • Partner with leadership on messaging and organizational initiatives.
  • Monitor engagement and measure communication effectiveness.



Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
  • Experience in organizing internal events.
  • Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.



Work Environment

Office-based with occasional support for events.
