Job descriptionNote: This is not a remote job or general social media graphic design role.We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer with expertise in Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop is a plus) to create professional print media templates for users in business, education, and personal use. This includes designing company profiles, product brochures, flyers, wish lists, cards, timelines, charts, educational infographics, and more. The ideal candidate should have a strong ability to illustrate elements, balance design, implement the right color schemes, and create visually compelling templates tailored to user needs.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design custom print media templates for various professional and personal use cases.</li><li>Create unique illustrations and design elements as required for templates.</li><li>Apply strong typography, spacing, color, and layout skills to maintain professional aesthetics.</li><li>Understand user intent and project requirements to develop impactful designs.</li><li>Work efficiently on multiple projects while maintaining creativity and quality.</li><li>Stay updated with design trends and bring fresh ideas to template creation.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio in print media.</li><li>Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and a good grasp of other Adobe Creative Suite applications.</li><li>Ability to illustrate and create original design and vector elements.</li><li>Strong understanding of typography, spacing, color balance, and layout principles.</li><li>High attention to detail and the ability to align designs with user needs.</li><li>Experience in UI design is a plus.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field</li><li>2 years of experience in graphic design</li><li>Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills</li><li>Portfolio of work</li></ul>If you have a creative mindset and a passion for designing professional and engaging templates, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have a portfolio? Disclaimer: This role requires advanced Excel expertise, applicants focused mainly on Power BI or general data analysis are NOT suitable for this position.The ideal candidate will excel in creating professional templates, designing dashboards, automating tasks with macros, and developing visually appealing graphs and spreadsheets for various business use cases.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Template Development, Design, and create professional Excel templates tailored to diverse business needs, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.</li><li>Making automated timelines and Gantt charts with a live calendar.</li><li>Using custom codes to create custom automation and functions.</li><li>Excel Dashboard Design, develop dynamic dashboards and interactive data visualizations to support reporting and decision-making processes.</li><li>Macro and VBA Programming: Automate repetitive tasks using macros and VBA to enhance efficiency and productivity.</li><li>Data Analysis, Perform advanced data analysis utilizing complex formulas, functions, pivot tables, and data validation techniques.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working extensively with advanced Microsoft Excel.</li></ul>Technical Skills:<ul><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, functions, coding, Gantt charts, timelines, live calendars, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis tools.</li><li>Strong experience with dashboard design and data visualization.</li><li>Proficient in macro creation and VBA programming.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Advanced Excel: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Please provide a link to any work samples that showcase your proficiency in advanced Excel functions and tools.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
