The ideal candidate will excel in creating professional templates, designing dashboards, automating tasks with macros, and developing visually appealing graphs and spreadsheets for various business use cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Template Development, Design, and create professional Excel templates tailored to diverse business needs, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Making automated timelines and Gantt charts with a live calendar.
- Using custom codes to create custom automation and functions.
- Excel Dashboard Design, develop dynamic dashboards and interactive data visualizations to support reporting and decision-making processes.
- Macro and VBA Programming: Automate repetitive tasks using macros and VBA to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Data Analysis, Perform advanced data analysis utilizing complex formulas, functions, pivot tables, and data validation techniques.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working extensively with advanced Microsoft Excel.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, functions, coding, Gantt charts, timelines, live calendars, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis tools.
- Strong experience with dashboard design and data visualization.
- Proficient in macro creation and VBA programming.
Experience:
- Advanced Excel: 2 years (Required)
