The ideal candidate should have excellent negotiation and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of Amazon product requirements.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and source reliable suppliers through Alibaba and other sourcing platforms</li><li>Evaluate supplier credibility, pricing, and product quality</li><li>Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and terms with suppliers</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers for sampling, production, and shipment timelines</li><li>Conduct market research to identify profitable products</li><li>Ensure product compliance with Amazon standards and requirements</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and supplier records</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams for product launches and inventory planning</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in Amazon sourcing / product sourcing</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with Alibaba</li><li>Excellent communication and written skills</li><li>Strong negotiation and vendor management skills</li><li>Good understanding of Amazon marketplace and product requirements</li><li>Ability to analyze pricing and profitability</li><li>Detail-oriented and well-organized</li><li>Familiarity with international shipping and logistics</li><li>Understanding of product compliance and quality checks</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
