Sourcing Expert

Location: Gulshan Block 13-A, Karachi
Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Sourcing Expert with strong experience in supplier sourcing, especially through Alibaba. The ideal candidate should have excellent negotiation and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of Amazon product requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source reliable suppliers through Alibaba and other sourcing platforms
• Evaluate supplier credibility, pricing, and product quality
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and terms with suppliers
• Coordinate with suppliers for sampling, production, and shipment timelines
• Conduct market research to identify profitable products
• Ensure product compliance with Amazon standards and requirements
• Maintain proper documentation and supplier records

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Amazon sourcing / product sourcing
• Strong hands-on experience with Alibaba
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Good understanding of Amazon marketplace and product requirements
• Ability to analyze pricing and profitability
• Familiarity with international shipping and logistics
• Understanding of product compliance and quality checks
