Perfume Sourcing Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Perfume Sourcing Specialist to lead the procurement and development of fragrance products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying reliable perfume suppliers, negotiating contracts, ensuring product quality, and building a strong fragrance portfolio aligned with market trends and brand positioning.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate local and international perfume suppliers and manufacturers
• Identify emerging fragrance trends and niche perfume brands
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, MOQs, and delivery terms with suppliers
• Ensure product quality, authenticity, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Develop and manage a strong and profitable fragrance product range
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance
• Collaborate with marketing and retail teams for product selection and launches
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitors
• Manage cost optimization while maintaining premium product standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 4–6 years of experience in sourcing, preferably in perfumes, cosmetics, or luxury retail
• Strong knowledge of fragrance industry, brands, and global suppliers
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
• Strong analytical and market research abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
