Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Testing<ul><li>Conduct manual testing to identify bugs, defects, and inconsistencies.</li></ul><ul><li>Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing.</li></ul><ul><li>Perform usability, UAT, and cross-browser testing.</li></ul><ul><li>Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test scenarios.</li></ul>Quality Assurance<ul><li>Ensure product quality meets business and technical requirements.</li></ul><ul><li>Review PRDs, BRDs, SRS, and design documents to understand system features.</li></ul><ul><li>Identify gaps in requirements and report potential risks.</li></ul>Bug Reporting &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Log defects clearly in tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Bugzilla.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare detailed test reports and QA documentation.</li></ul><ul><li>Track and verify bug fixes during development cycles.</li></ul>Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with developers, project managers, and designers.</li></ul><ul><li>Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint meetings, and product demos.</li></ul><ul><li>Communicate testing progress, issues, and potential improvements.</li></ul>Process Improvement<ul><li>Suggest improvements to QA processes and best practices.</li></ul><ul><li>Support test automation initiatives if required.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.</li></ul><ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience as a QA/Software Tester in an IT environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.</li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on experience with test management and bug tracking tools.</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of SQL, API testing (Postman), and basic automation (Selenium) is an advantage.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.</li></ul><ul><li>Basic understanding of automation frameworks.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work independently and in a team.</li></ul><ul><li>Exposure to mobile app testing is a plus.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li></ul><ul><li>Professional growth opportunities</li></ul><ul><li>Supportive team environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
