Job Title: Engineering Coordinator Company: New Capital FC LLC Location: Doha, QatarJob Overview: New Capital FC LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Engineering Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between engineering teams, project managers, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient workflow across all project phases.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate day-to-day activities of engineering projects to ensure timely execution</li><li>Serve as the central point of communication between engineers, contractors, and management</li><li>Assist in developing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans</li><li>Track project progress and prepare regular status reports</li><li>Maintain project documentation, drawings, and technical records</li><li>Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements</li><li>Identify potential risks or delays and work with teams to implement solutions</li><li>Support procurement processes by coordinating with vendors and suppliers</li><li>Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action items</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in engineering coordination, project support, or a similar role</li><li>Strong understanding of engineering principles and project lifecycle</li><li>Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience in construction, infrastructure, or facilities projects</li><li>Familiarity with AutoCAD or other engineering design software</li><li>Knowledge of local regulations and standards in Qatar</li><li>PMP or other project management certification is an advantage</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package</li><li>Professional development and training opportunities</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment</li><li>Opportunities for career advancement within the company</li></ul>نوع الوظيفة: دوام كاملالراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠&nbsp;لكل عامموقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
