Job Overview:
New Capital FC LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Engineering Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between engineering teams, project managers, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient workflow across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day activities of engineering projects to ensure timely execution
• Serve as the central point of communication between engineers, contractors, and management
• Assist in developing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Track project progress and prepare regular status reports
• Maintain project documentation, drawings, and technical records
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
• Identify potential risks or delays and work with teams to implement solutions
• Support procurement processes by coordinating with vendors and suppliers
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action items

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• 2–5 years of experience in engineering coordination, project support, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and project lifecycle
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in construction, infrastructure, or facilities projects
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or other engineering design software
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards in Qatar
• PMP or other project management certification is an advantage
