Urgent &amp; Immediate Needed :Operation Executive Job Description (Operations - Export &amp; Import)Handling Shipping Instruction documents , Awb , MBL &amp; HBL Management ,placing bookings with liners, VGM filing coordinating with the exporter of cargo and field operation executive to ensure a smooth custom clearance process &amp; loading of the containerKey ResponsibilitiesEnsure accuracy in filling the Shipping instructions to avoid delays and penalties.Handle Awb ,MBL, &amp; HBL drafts &amp; final with zero errorPlace bookings with liners ,Nvocc airlines to Ensure timely and accurate booking confirmations.Coordinate with Custom Clearance agent, liners , transporters to Address and resolve issues related to shipments ts to avoid delays, holds, and discrepancies..File VGM with odeX accurately and timelyMake invoice in the software .Job Requirements:Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and delivering results efficiently.Graduation in any stream Minimum 4 years of experience in Operations with freight forwarder is must , specifically in export and import (air and sea) ,Filling Shipping Instruction experience with various lines is must Fluency in English and proficiency in MS OfficeLocation: Western Railway Line or Any Metro Lines (candidates based in these areas are preferred)Immediate joiners are highly preferredJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;22,000.00 - &#8377;26,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Proven experience in filling shipping instructions with various shipping lines, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>work : 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
