Senior Accountant – Logistics Industry (Dubai, UAE)

Compensation: AED 6,000 (all-inclusive) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Location: Dubai, UAE

Eligibility

· Candidates must have prior accounting work experience in Dubai, UAE.

· Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in accounting and finance

Key Responsibilities

· Proficient in Tally Prime; bookkeeping experience in Tally is mandatory.

· Manage Profit & Loss accounts, Balance Sheet, Working Capital, and Cash Flow.

· Oversee the entire finance function including accounts payable, compliance, and governance through SOPs.

· Handle all aspects of accounting operations: payables, receivables, payroll, and tax preparation.

· Ensure timely closing of books for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.

· Develop effective tracking methods for revenue and expenses.

· Provide financial advice and recommend financing options to support organizational growth.

· Maintain financial accounting, expense control, tax matters, and general accounts; finalize accounts.

· Manage funds, cash flow, taxation (VAT), budgeting, and financial reporting.

· Ensure compliance with statutory and internal audits; establish MIS and reporting guidelines.

· Conduct banking transactions with multiple banks.

Requirements

· Education: B.Com/M.Com, Postgraduate in Finance, MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

· Experience: 5–8 years in accounting and finance.

Skills:

· Advanced MS Excel proficiency

· Strong communication skills (fluent in English – verbal & written)

· Ability to work independently and lead a team

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
