Our team is committed to excellence in every aspect of our operations.Position Overview:We are seeking a Part-Time Marketing Professional to support our continued growth and help expand our presence in the environmental testing industry. This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled marketing candidate who is motivated, detail-oriented, and interested in contributing to a company with a meaningful mission.The Part-Time Marketing Professional will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility, strengthen client relationships, and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy, digital content, and communications, with the ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership on business objectives.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and print channels</li><li>Manage and grow NETLab&rsquo;s social media presence, with a focus on LinkedIn and industry networks</li><li>Draft, edit, and publish professional content, including newsletters, website updates, press releases, and client communications</li><li>Support the design and execution of email marketing campaigns and outreach programs</li><li>Coordinate NETLab&rsquo;s participation in trade shows, conferences, and industry events, including logistics and promotional materials</li><li>Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and communications</li></ul>Position Details:<ul><li>Part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week)</li><li>Potential for hybrid work environment &ndash; in-office time preferred with some remote flexibility</li><li>Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience</li><li>Opportunity for growth and increased responsibility as the role develops</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>2+ years of professional marketing experience preferred</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and social media management tools</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently</li><li>Familiarity with environmental science or technical industries is a plus, but not required</li></ul>How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter highlighting their relevant experience to work@newenglandtesting.com.Equal Opportunity Employer:New England Testing Laboratory is an equal opportunity employer.
