Position Overview:

We are seeking a Part-Time Marketing Professional to support our continued growth and help expand our presence in the environmental testing industry. This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled marketing candidate who is motivated, detail-oriented, and interested in contributing to a company with a meaningful mission.

The Part-Time Marketing Professional will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility, strengthen client relationships, and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy, digital content, and communications, with the ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership on business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and print channels
  • Manage and grow NETLab’s social media presence, with a focus on LinkedIn and industry networks
  • Draft, edit, and publish professional content, including newsletters, website updates, press releases, and client communications
  • Support the design and execution of email marketing campaigns and outreach programs
  • Coordinate NETLab’s participation in trade shows, conferences, and industry events, including logistics and promotional materials
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and communications

Position Details:

  • Part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week)
  • Potential for hybrid work environment – in-office time preferred with some remote flexibility
  • Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience
  • Opportunity for growth and increased responsibility as the role develops

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of professional marketing experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and social media management tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with environmental science or technical industries is a plus, but not required
