Job Title :- School Maintenance In-chargeSchool Name :- New Horizon Public School, PanvelExperience Required -3 to 5 YearsResume Summited by- hr@newhorizonsms.comEducation Qualification<ul><li>Graduation completed</li><li>Basic knowledge of computer usage and typing preferred</li></ul>Job DescriptionThe School Maintenance In-charge / Supervisor will be responsible for the overall maintenance, safety, and upkeep of the school campus, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment for students, staff, and visitors.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee daily maintenance and repair work of school buildings, classrooms, offices, toilets, playgrounds, and common areas</li><li>Supervise and coordinate work of maintenance staff, housekeeping staff, and technicians</li><li>Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, water supply, sanitation, and drainage systems</li><li>Monitor maintenance of furniture, fixtures, doors, windows, lighting, fans, and equipment</li><li>Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repair and maintenance work</li><li>Maintain maintenance records, logs, and inventory of tools and materials</li><li>Ensure safety standards and hygiene are followed across the school campus</li><li>Conduct regular inspection rounds to identify issues and take preventive action</li><li>Support school management during events, inspections, and emergencies</li><li>Ensure compliance with school policies and local safety regulations</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Basic technical knowledge of building maintenance</li><li>Good supervision and coordination skills</li><li>Problem-solving and time management abilities</li><li>Basic computer and typing skills</li><li>Responsible, disciplined, and reliable attitude</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
