Student Performance Monitoring<ul><li>Track students&rsquo; academic progress.</li></ul><ul><li>Analyze exam results and identify improvement areas.</li></ul><ul><li>Plan remedial classes for weak students.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure proper evaluation and result preparation.</li></ul>- 4. Parent Communication<ul><li>Coordinate parent-teacher meetings (PTMs).</li></ul><ul><li>Address academic concerns of parents.</li></ul><ul><li>Communicate updates regarding exams, syllabus, and activities.</li></ul>-5. Examination &amp; Assessment Management<ul><li>Prepare exam timetables.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure smooth conduct of exams.</li></ul><ul><li>Supervise paper setting and checking process.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain confidentiality of examination documents.</li></ul>- 6.
