1. Academic Planning & Curriculum Management
- Plan and implement the academic calendar.
- Ensure syllabus completion on time.
- Coordinate lesson plans and weekly planners.
- Monitor worksheet distribution and assessment schedules.
- Maintain academic records and documentation.
- 2. Teacher Supervision & Support
- Guide and support teachers in teaching methods.
- Conduct regular classroom observations.
- Review lesson plans and notebook checking.
- Organize staff meetings and academic discussions.
- Assist in teacher training and professional development.
- 3. Student Performance Monitoring
- Track students’ academic progress.
- Analyze exam results and identify improvement areas.
- Plan remedial classes for weak students.
- Ensure proper evaluation and result preparation.
- 4. Parent Communication
- Coordinate parent-teacher meetings (PTMs).
- Address academic concerns of parents.
- Communicate updates regarding exams, syllabus, and activities.
-5. Examination & Assessment Management
- Ensure smooth conduct of exams.
- Supervise paper setting and checking process.
- Maintain confidentiality of examination documents.
- 6. Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain academic reports and records.
- Support admission-related academic assessments.
- Coordinate with the Principal and management.
- Ensure school policies are followed academically.
