Academic coordinator

1. Academic Planning & Curriculum Management

  • Plan and implement the academic calendar.
  • Ensure syllabus completion on time.
  • Coordinate lesson plans and weekly planners.
  • Monitor worksheet distribution and assessment schedules.
  • Maintain academic records and documentation.

- 2. Teacher Supervision & Support

  • Guide and support teachers in teaching methods.
  • Conduct regular classroom observations.
  • Review lesson plans and notebook checking.
  • Organize staff meetings and academic discussions.
  • Assist in teacher training and professional development.

- 3. Student Performance Monitoring

  • Track students’ academic progress.
  • Analyze exam results and identify improvement areas.
  • Plan remedial classes for weak students.
  • Ensure proper evaluation and result preparation.

- 4. Parent Communication

  • Coordinate parent-teacher meetings (PTMs).
  • Address academic concerns of parents.
  • Communicate updates regarding exams, syllabus, and activities.

-5. Examination & Assessment Management

  • Prepare exam timetables.
  • Ensure smooth conduct of exams.
  • Supervise paper setting and checking process.
  • Maintain confidentiality of examination documents.

- 6. Administrative Responsibilities

  • Maintain academic reports and records.
  • Support admission-related academic assessments.
  • Coordinate with the Principal and management.
  • Ensure school policies are followed academically.

  • Problem-solving ability
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / ERP)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
