Job Title: Academic Coordinator (KOS I 20 Campus)
Role Purpose:To ensure smooth academic functioning in a fully digital school environment by coordinating curriculum delivery, teacher performance, student progress, and resolving academic–technical integration issues effectively.
---Key Responsibilities:
1. Academic Planning & ExecutionPlan and monitor annual academic calendar.Ensure syllabus completion as per schedule.Supervise lesson plans, digital content usage, and assessments.Coordinate examinations, blueprints, and evaluation processes.
2. Digital Learning ManagementOversee effective usage of tabs, LMS, smart boards, and digital tools.Ensure teachers integrate technology into daily teaching.Monitor online assignments, MLQs, and digital assessments.Coordinate with technical team for academic-related technical issues.
3. Teacher Supervision & SupportGuide teachers in lesson planning and digital content delivery.Conduct regular classroom observations (online/offline).Organize training sessions for digital teaching enhancement.Provide constructive feedback for improvement.
4. Student Academic MonitoringTrack student performance data and analytics.Identify slow learners and high achievers.Plan remedial programs and enrichment sessions.Ensure academic discipline and engagement in digital classrooms.
5. Parent CommunicationCoordinate academic updates to parents.Address academic concerns in collaboration with teachers.Support PTMs with academic performance reports.
6. Compliance & DocumentationMaintain academic records and digital documentation.Ensure adherence to school policies and board guidelines.Prepare reports for management review.
---Required Skills & Abilities:
Academic CompetenceStrong understanding of curriculum planning and assessment patterns.Knowledge of SSC/CBSE/State board academic frameworks.
Technical ProficiencyProficient in LMS platforms and digital classroom tools.Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and educational apps.Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues in coordination with IT team.
Leadership & CoordinationStrong organizational and multitasking skills.Ability to coordinate between management, teachers, students, and technical team.Decision-making and problem-solving ability.
Communication SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication.Ability to give clear academic instructions and training.Professional and confident personality.
