This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in office management, administrative support, and project execution within a fast-paced setting.Duties<ul><li>Provide comprehensive executive administrative support, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and email correspondence.</li><li>Assist with event planning and coordination for company meetings, workshops, and special events.</li><li>Manage bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping.</li><li>Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization across all office records.</li><li>Support front desk operations by answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette and greeting visitors courteously.</li><li>Coordinate projects by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.</li><li>Utilize Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools for document creation, transcription, and collaborative work.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in clerical tasks.</li><li>Demonstrated skills in event planning, project coordination, and executive administrative support.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.</li><li>Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record management.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.</li><li>Strong typing skills along with experience in data entry and transcription.</li><li>Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, calendar management (including Microsoft Outlook Calendar), and office filing systems.</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette.</li><li>Computer literacy across various platforms with a keen eye for proofreading and detail-oriented work.</li><li>Previous personal assistant or office experience is highly desirable to excel in this role.
